"Apples-to-apples" means that the heating and cooling systems on your third-party estimate are exact matches, including brand, system components, rating, size, warranties and guarantees, for the system we’ll price match.

Terms and Conditions of Our Price Match Promise:
- Aire Serv of St. Louis has the opportunity to meet the quoted price before your new heating and cooling system is installed.
- The quotation must be from a licensed HVAC contractor in the St. Louis metro area.
- The competitor’s quote must be within the past 30 days.
- Quotes by competitors are subject to verification by Aire Serv of St. Louis and do not include rates offered on membership programs, financing, corporate discounts or rates, rewards programs, incentives, meetings, conventions, prices obtained via auction or similar process, prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.
- Aire Serv of St. Louis reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the apples-to-apples price match promise, or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the apples-to-apples guarantee. The failure by Aire Serv of St. Louis to enforce any provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
